We are in the middle of a big ice storm...Julianna is still cooking.. at the Dr. yesterday, I was at 3 cm and still about 60% effaced. Cervix is still posterior ( it needs to be anterior), so we are still plugging along.
I am still having contractions, but until she is ready, it's not going to happen.
I am just hoping that she waits a few more days to make her appearance, but will welcome her whenever she wants to come!!Getting to the hospital might be tricky today.
Chris's Grandma Owens is here staying with us until she comes, unless its like 3 weeks....she is so wonderful to have around. She caught me up on my laundry, and just wants to do whatever she can to help. I love having her here, it's good for us both, as her husband Ray passed away last summer, and I still miss my grandma so much, so it's nice that we have each other to talk to.

Donovan is home from school today due to the ice storm, and he and Grandma are spending the day playing games, and I am just relaxing.
Chris is working from home so he is all holed up in his study doing whatever it is he does..a lazy day.
I actually got up today and made breakfast for everyone, bacon, eggs, toast... it was super to sit together and eat as a family. The only thing that would have made it better is having my family here and having the rest of Chris's family here.
